Join our resident artist and fully qualified and experienced tutor - Donna Maria Taylor - for a day of play with the wonderful medium of watercolour.

Watercolour can be an unpredictable and spontaneous medium and this workshop will give you the opportunity to experiment and have fun with it.

The day will start with a series of demonstrations and then you will have a go at using a variety of experimental techniques yourself. You will then go on to produce one or two final pieces.

This workshop is designed for artists of any ability (from complete beginners onwards), who are interested in using loose watercolour techniques or who would like to introduce more texture into their work.

The only prerequisite would be for learners enrolling to be prepared to experiment and make mistakes as they explore this unpredictable medium in more depth.

Cost: £85 to include all materials, and refreshments throughout the day.
